10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Delegate Voting
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch
Mindful of the dietary diversity in our community, we invite everyone to bring their lunch ~ Soup, Salad, and fruit will be provided.
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Hearts and Minds Gather to Grow
3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Fellowship & Socialization
For parents with toddlers, a space will be provided with supervision if resources arise to serve. For children over five, as well as the junior youth a special Festival is being planned.
To effectively plan for these activities, please register your children and junior youth by sending an email to brighton.town.ny.lsa@gmail.com by September 20.
