• Election of delegate:

  • Chief Teller explains voting procedures, reads instructions and guidance

  • Prayer, and chant in Arabic

  • Voting for delegate(s) (in silence until all ballots are completed)

  • Registration team will direct each row, one at a time, to proceed to the front for voting, then return quietly to seats. 

  • Must have ballot inside blank inner envelope, then outer envelope with name and Baha’i ID number
